Lonely and beautiful. (Was there ever a real Notel Motel, I wonder?)

This is really nice, Ron. Another good one.

Ron you've done something new with your grass - haven't you? I like the variety of the brush work and the coloring. Hope the diner is open for dinner.. Solid composition and a great visual story. Could go Stephen King of Norman Rockwell with this piece.

Thanks Cara, its a different version of a painting I did a coupla days ago.

Thanks Liz, probably, we have a campsite down the road a piece called the "Costalota".

Thanks Michelle, they are getting more something or rather, I'm not sure what.

Thanks W.K., yes I always wanted sort of primitive grass because I was after a sophisticated primitive look, but I guess things are changing.

Ron, I've been scrolling up and down to compare this one to the first one. I like the brighter colors in this. It looks like the sun was shining on it this time. As always, a super job.

Hello :)

I suppose you can't read what i've written about your work, cause the post is in portuguese. I can translate it, if you want me to.

Or could you read?

If you read, tell me what you think about my opinion.

see ya!

Thanks Joan, glad you like it. Its interesting to me to see how many different moods I can create. I like the first one better because it is grittier and darker, but I am getting used to the lighter one.

Thanks Michele, good to hear from you.

B.M. please translate, would be great fun!

I really like the background in this one. I can see the forest slowly creeping forward.
Always appreciate the signs in your paintings too :)

Ron Morrison said...

Thanks N.N., I'm always lookin for some kind of sign.
