High Water in the Slough




This is my idea painitng, just trying to work out the compo... bink to see the inner workings...

This is really interesting. You didn't ask for input, but if I were going to adjust the composition, I'd move the building to the left and straighten it up a bit. The composition appears to me to be a bit heavy on the right. I really like the use of the light blue especially on the boat on the far right. I hope to see your wonderful finished painting and how you likely ignored my suggestions :-).

Acktchewalleeee, I like your suggestion,(its what I usually do-put the house over to one side)....I need some more detail in the house, maybe more colour...how do I straighten it up?Is it leaning?

Oh, I see. The top roof is sloping back. I thought it was a flat roof.
