In real life I think you would like the newer bigger paintings. I studied fine art at university so I am generally familiar with your references. Some of it is fading-I will get my books out. WPA murals? I'm a little bitter about the whole "art" thing. However I can paint a little with watercolours. This one has the feel of some American artists from back in the 30s and 40s WPA people. WPA work is some of my favorite 20th century stuff. Excellent!William K.
