There is a place called Spuzzum, between Boston Bar and Hope on the Fraser River in B.C. At least three of these characters lived in the area. The painting is 42"x 18"-big for a watercolour.

The Boatyard

This is a created scene- a fabrication. I enjoy manufacturing a tableau containing characters gathered from many different locations. The painting ends up being slightly goofy but I hope that gives it character. This is version 6c.
