Ron, you keep mentioning this article, do you have some sort of personal interest in it? Is someone paying you?

Ron Morrison said...

Yes. No.

Would you like to explain or is it some sort of secret?

I'm surprised it took so long for someone to finally be a dick! Next some SOB will show up to cause trouble... Speaking of SOBs here I am.... or am I giving myself too much credit? Either way ... If you write long enough someone is bound to get into a tizzy about it. Now the car.. can someone point me in the direction of a slightly rusted automobile.. a sprinkling of oxidation would be nice a little Fe02... isn't that rust? Good painting Ron... Solid Jackson... I used that one on Stefan .. think he knows the reference from the Mod Squad? Does anyone. Anyone pissed off yet?

Thanks, W.K., Old "Iron Oxide" Morrison, thats me!

Ron - I read Michele's article and left a comment on the previous post - and tell Bill that I remember Mod Squad very well. This brunett wanted long blond hair like Julie's ... thus began a pattern of wanting things that didn't flatter me....you know, hair styles, clothes, husbands..did I say that out loud?

Julie, Pete and Link-now how do I remember that? Neighbour had three dogs named Julie, Pete and Link-we ended up with Julie. Thanks for reading the article it was fun for me to be included with Edward Gordon.

Ron Ol' Iron Oxide.. almost forgot to mention how much I liked seeing your mechanical menagerie in Michele's article. Some of the work was new to me. She done you proud son! And your work is a natural choice for an article on scale. The verbage fades now.. but the images are loud and clear. Two pats on the back.. no three!

Thanks, W.K., I had confidence you would get around to mentioning it sooner or later.

Hi Ron,
The car is perfectly to scale in relation to the trees/bushes in the back and the grass in the front. ;-).

Nice complimentary colors on this one.

Speaking of scales- I got some from leaning on my elbow on this computer. I guess I'm now working for scale- thats what the union musicians say, isn't it? I hopped on the scale and got some bad news...

Thanks, Michele for the compliment on my compliments.

I shed some scales in the shower this morning. It gave me a new perspective.

Did you hear about the robber who hopped on the scales and got "a weigh"
