I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Ron, enchants your watercolors to me of accumulated cars. I salute to you from Malaga, Spain, where certainly we have a sun, a similar light and other cars
Hi Ron, I see you're not at the Originals Only this year. I didn't do it last year but decided to try it again this year so I plunked down my $110 and hope I at least make that back:-) As always, your work is wonderful.
Wonderful, Ron. I like that "Enosville Express" in the lower right.
I love that the building is almost as old and rusty as the cars. It has a feeling that immediate collapse could be possible. It echoes the state of the cars wonderfully. Bravo xx
Another classic work by a master watercolourist. A busy painting my friend..and as always very well done.
Thanks, Cal, good to hear from you...
