I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Yes, i love old cars. Cannot picture the new ones making a great painting like these but one never knows what the magic of watercolour might do. These are magical. I had to drop by and say hello as had not been for a while. I tried to quit painting several times but keep starting again! Your work is inspirational for sure Ron. Now i think i must go and paint something. Cheers! ross
