These are older paintings-I post them to show how a small portrait became a bigger painting. The first two were in the middle of a junkyard in 1978. I eliminated the surrounding cars and carried on from there.

Looks more like a scene from Alabama than Canada. But what do I know? Haven't been to Canada in 35 years!
The scene is from my imagination so it could be anywhere. Its the resonance of the thing that I try to capture. I know they are a bit goofy-but I want character and fun not perfect renderings.
