I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

These cars are near your house... or do you go on exotic car safaris? Nice pair (of cars)!
First I went to the English Car Club's annual show'n shine and took a bunch of shots. Then I looked in a book of old houses-found one that looked English, but was in Saskatchewan-perfect. Then I took the Rolls Royce and M.G. put them in front of the house and faux patina-ed them. Total fackery.
