I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Looks like this is recent work.. ? Hitting the blue, green, orange triad.. always a winner.. unless you ruin it.. which you haven't .. How many cars you have imprinted in that brain?...
Like the way front lights and grill is gone and you've treated as one dark shape. Great color combination.
Thanks, W.K. I thought this post was shapes and colours. Its a coupla years old-I'm working on a commission I was paid a long time ago to do. Spent the money now have to paint the pictures.
Thanks, Kee.
ohhh, Purple!
Thanks, Michelle.
Spent your fee up front did you? You'll just have to put that nose to the grindstone. I like the yellow window and the american flag on the side. Are you saying that the good old usa is on it's last leg but there may be a ray of hope yet. I agree.
I've almost got the commish done, thank goodness. They only way I get them done is to be under pressure.
