This is a shameless attempt at commercialism.

Hey Ron don't think I've ever asked.. you work on old cars too? You have some restored chevies - fords? Going from what I see I think all the old cars end up in Van Couver. Any way nice stack of old iron! I still see the colors!

I used to work on old stuff-I had a 37 Chev coupe but over the years I've switched to motorcycles. I have a 1981 Harley Davidson FLH which I restored- I will post a picture sometime. Vancouver is not where I live. I live on Vancouver Island which is off the coast of British Columbia. We have been here for sixteen years, before that we lived in the city of Vancouver which is on mainland British Columbia.

Keep in mind that these old cars do not exist nor does this pile-it is totally made up.

Ron - I know you don't like this, buuut..... I love the colors! ;-) Especially the purple one.

I had a 1970 Camaro several years back which I supped up. A loud, rumbly 350 V-8, glass packs, 4 barrel carb, lots of chrome, shiny black paint with purple (of course) and hot pink graphics. I love old muscle cars. Now in the days of $3 gallon of gas and global warming, those days are just a distant memory.

I'd love to see a painting of your Harley. Have you ever done one?

Michele,I don't really mind- the shapes and colours are the "thing". I am tempted to paint my motorcycle...maybe, but its way too shiny, so it would have to get patina'd (there's a word for you).Fun to hear about your motor-addictions.

Hi Ron - I was very surprised to hear that Pile O'chevies is 4 feet wide. That makes it even more impressive. I too love the colors, and the craziness of it!

There you go, Anna, nice to hear from you.
