I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Lots to look at here mister. Reds are having their day.. balanced by the cools in the grass and trees. Bold move to use magenta for the mountain in the background. The house acts as a broker (from my view) between the mountain and the cars. Well done sir!
All right so I'm a colour flooz-sometimes I just have to tart them up. Cool foreground, blistering background- I'm a baaaad boy!
Super nice Ron, I love the repeated reds. I wonder how it would have looked if the house had no windows? Kind of get you to thinking in the right direction to a very wierd world where values are inside out & upsidedown...know what I mean?
Egg-zactly!
