57 Chev in Merville

Actually, I made this up. The fun for me is to create scenes that exist only in my mind-when I start I have no idea what the scene will be. They evolve, sometimes big pictures from smaller. I am not an interpreter-I am a fabricator and I just enjoy painting the cars. Posted by Picasa

Over the Hill Gang 3a

I'm still working on this composition-someday I'll get it right. Posted by Picasa

Settled in For a Long Rust

This is a car that I "faux" rusted to create the patina. In other words I used a picture of a fully restored car to get the lines and then aged it. Posted by Picasa

Before I carry on with current work-I have to buy a digital camera first-I thought I would put up a few old paintings just for fun. The spot will be "up to the minute" in the near future.

I painted this in 1982 and I am putting it up just as a little history.

Seven Car Pile-up

I painted this a couple of years ago, I have repeated the drawing many times to see how technique and style evolve.
