Took the Kids to School

Last worked in 1960, gone now, vaporized into eternity. Like everything ever spoken, it exists somewhere other than here. Okay, never mind the baloney, lookitup by binking.

You can almost hear it still humming...

It looks really empty. You know when you see those abandoned boats that are literally nothing more then a shell. (it needs a bird :p j/k)

Thanks Grimm, yes you can imagine it on a sunny day or a rainy west coast day taking the kids to the mainland to high school.

Thanks N.N., funny you should mention that- this boat became the center piece of a bigger painting(s) and it did get a bird-see below.

LOL! This is really cool. Love your new subject matter. Always well done and a great sense of color and texture.

Ah, the stories this boat could tell... Nice job on this "oldie".

Nice boat work of late Ron. Good color harmonizing in the water and sky. The dark value of the boat works well to place it solid as a center of interest.
