I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Well...I clicked and on a more intimate level....
Made my hot flashes get hotter...love the colors..haha.
Just beautiful Ron..

So much broken glass :)
They are huddled up perfectly (almost like a pile up in football)
Anyway, beautiful.
You've outdone yourself here Ron. This is such a well thought out compostition and one of my favorite areas is the house... understated and yet full of impact. Coloring is harmonized throughout the frame and the eye is led through and taken to some very cool places.
I like the bottom left and center. It reminds me of a bat next to a boxer (grill/noses?).
I totally see it!
Thanks Sandy, you made me laugh.
Thanks N.N. It just seemed like an interesting way to compose the painting.
Thanks W.K., I really enjoy doing the more complicated compositions.
Thanks Grimm, you anthromorphist.
It looks like evening time at the drive-in. Super colors.
Thanks Joan, I appreciate you stopping by.
