I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

Wow, what a great mood and lighting. I've been out on that sort of day, you've caught it bang on, Ron.
Great colors!!! I love the reds and the purples in this. It gives it a different feel.
I like the light in this one, how the sky just kind of opens up and the sun pours in.
The clouds have me on this one. Light fluffy clouds. Not easy to pull off Ron. Many would-be cloud makers get them looking too dark or too two dimensional. These are pleasant to look at and convincing.
