I started painting with watercolours in 1976 with a set of pans that I had left over from high school. I've always loved the shapes and colours of old vehicles as they settle in for the long rust. I especially enjoy creating scenes using characters I have collected over the years. These paintings are from my imagination. Check out the sales blog under "Links and Friends".

A tempestuous scene my friend..I feel like I've been rocking and rolling on a ship on land.
Lots of action and drama on this work.
To me, at twilight is spooker than other times; and you paint it full of haunted emotion...You was playing with the dark colours and you did it superb!
Thanks, Win, its my guilty pleasure I love cooking up this type of silliness with no pretense to anything but the pure fun of it...
Thanks, Nureeya, yes it is spookier at twilight. The challenge of daylight is to try and make it spooky without the benefit of darkness...just for fun. I paint for fun...
Thank you so much Ron for painting more on the BOO series...they do really make my day! They are all so wonderful...this one has that bit extra that grabbed me..the movement...trees and grasses swaying...absololutely BRILLIANT!!!
ohhh i forgot to say stuff flying too!!!
Thanks, Pamela, I like doing them...
