The Green Machine

This was the four door shaggin wagon that I drove to high school. Actually it was a wreck I found in a junkyard that is now a trailer park. Go big or go home. Click to get large.

Where have all our junkyards gone? Replaced by a new breed of junkyard, I guess.

Gone to crushers every one, long time passing.

How is it possible to be surrounded by one's past? Your life is so different than mine, maybe you are normal. What????Who said that????

Green's my favorite color. I love the way it looks in the golden grass.

As for your response to Doug - I had to laugh as I was humming the same tune as I read his comment. Great minds think a.......now where was I going with that?

Hi Michele, I have the first paintings that I did in 77, on my walls, I still have my wife who I met when we were seventeen...

See what good paper will get you! Good painting Ron. Putting down the paint like a pro.

Thanks, W.K. but what you do with the cheapo paper is very impressive. Watercolour is a strange medium in that everbody thinks its produces beautiful results all by itself but it is very difficult to make watercolour pigment look good on watercolour paper.
